Warranty Tips for Use:
1. Before installing the turbocharger, the customer carefully checks whether the model and part number match the applicable engine model;
2. Check in detail whether the inlet and outlet connections of the engine filter are unobstructed, and whether the inlet and return oil pipelines are unobstructed;
3. Check whether the turbocharger rotor shaft rotates normally and whether the gap between the rotor blades and the turbocharger housing is often uniform and consistent;
4. Fill the inlet and return oil holes of the turbocharger with specialized engine oil for turbocharging; Sealant is not allowed to be used for the inlet and outlet oil holes. Sealant is often squeezed out by the fastening bolts and enters the inlet and outlet oil pipeline. After oil fusion, it is easy to block the intermediate body of the turbocharger, causing the turbocharger rotor shaft to lack oil and instantly dry and burn, resulting in the phenomenon of the turbocharger shaft breaking and holding; The manufacturer does not provide three guarantees for damaged turbocharger rotor shaft;
5. After the turbocharger is installed, professional operators need to start the engine for a test run, idle for 3-5 minutes, check whether the engine and turbocharger are normal, continue to refuel evenly, and check whether the engine's power condition reaches the ideal power performance; Prohibit the engine from idling for a long time, otherwise the turbocharger may experience low-speed negative pressure oil leakage; Improper operation and maintenance, the manufacturer does not provide three guarantees;
6. Absolute prohibition: It is absolutely prohibited to install and use new turbochargers on engines that have just been overhauled; After a new overhaul, there may be some impurities, foreign objects, or residual parts left in the engine body. When the engine starts, it sprays out damaged turbocharger turbine blades, causing accidental damage to the turbocharger; The manufacturer does not provide three guarantees for this phenomenon;
7. The installation and sealing of the cold air inlet of the turbocharger were not strict, and negligence in use inspection caused dust, wind and sand to enter the turbocharger, resulting in damage to the rotor shaft blades; The manufacturer does not provide three guarantees;
8. The turbocharger model is incorrect, the connection size is incorrect, and the power is insufficient. The customer should return and replace the turbocharger within 3-5 days of receiving it; Manufacturers who exceed the deadline will not accept it.
