The 2CY series gear pump is the traditional product of our country. The structure and design of the 2CY gear oil pump are imported from the Soviet Union in the early 50s. The 2CY gear oil pump has the characteristics of simple structure, practical use and convenient maintenance. 2CY gear oil pump has a safety valve. When the pump is overloaded automatically, it can be automatically opened to protect the motor, but it can’t be used as a constant overflow valve to adjust the working pressure of the pump. 2CY gear pump is often used to transport the oil medium without corrosion, non corrosive, solid particle impurity and fiber, as well as lubrication pump used in thin oil stations of all kinds of mechanical equipment, and the pump speed can be transported to high viscosity heavy oil medium with fluid.

This series of 2CY gear pumps mainly consist of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve and shaft end seal. The gears of 2CY gear pump are of high hardness and wear resistance after nitriding. The 2CY gear oil pump is installed with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the 2CY gear pump is achieved automatically when the pump works.
In the pump, four bearing sleeves are floating installed in the pump, and the end gap is automatically adjusted with the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the 2CY gear pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small and the volume efficiency is high.
Looking from the spindle side of the pump, it rotates clockwise.
Advantages.
2CY series gear oil pump is suitable to carry various oil types such as heavy oil, diesel fuel and lubricate oil, animal and vegetable oil etc. It is also able to transfer the fluid of low flashing point, such as gasoline and benzene etc, by being equipped with copper gear. Please note that the media temperature shouldn't surpass 70° C for common pump and 300° C for anti-high temperature oil pump. The pump has safety valve itself for protection when the pumps were over-loaded. Shaft seal has skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal and stuffing seal.
