Purpose:
The electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the ash cleaning injection system of the pulse bag filter. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse injection controller, the filter bags are injected and cleaned row by row to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
The electromagnetic pulse valve controls the opening and closing of the unloading hole of the valve body according to the electrical signal. When the valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the chamber behind the valve is discharged, the pressure gas in the chamber in front of the valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm, the diaphragm is lifted, and the pulse valve is injected.
When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas quickly fills the rear chamber of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the difference in the stress area of both sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the gas force in the rear chamber of the valve is large, the diaphragm can reliably close the injection port of the valve, and the pulse valve stops injection.
The electrical signal is measured in milliseconds. The moment the pulse valve is opened, a strong impact air flow is generated, so as to realize instantaneous injection.
